Configure Your Profile
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Navigate to Authentication Settings.
- Click Enable two-factor authentication.
- Follow the steps to set up two-factor authentication on your preferred authenticator app.
Change Your Password
- Navigate to Account Settings.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again.
Password Requirements:- Minimum of 8 characters.
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one special character.
- At least one number.
- Click the Save User button.
Configure Your Organization
Save Your Organization Name
- Navigate to Organization Settings.
- Select the Client section.
- Enter your organization’s name.
- Click the Save Client button.
Change Your Plexicus Settings
Modify Your Schedule Scan
- Navigate to Organization Settings.
- Select the Covulor section.
- Choose your preferred schedule option:
- None
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Click the Save button.
Enable Advanced AI Analysis
- Toggle the switch to enable Advanced AI Analysis.
Enable Prioritization Managed by Plexicus
- Toggle the switch to enable Prioritization Managed by Plexicus.
Add Members to Your Team
- Navigate to Team Settings.
- Select the Team section.
- Enter the new member’s email in the input field.
- Select their role:
- Developer
- Cyberoper
- Click the Create button.
Set Up Payment Methods
- Navigate to Billing Settings.
- Select the Billing section.
- Enter the following details:
- Credit card information.
- Address.
- Legal name.
- Click the Save Billing button.
Make Changes to Your Azure Credentials
- Navigate to Azure OpenAI Settings.
- Select the Azure OpenAI section.
- Enter the following details:
- API Key.
- API Version (optional).
- Deployment Name.
- Base URL.
